Revin…/ I’m back (also in English)

De vreo saptamana ma chinui sa termin cele vreo cinci post’uri pe care m-am apucat sa le scriu, dar pe care nu le-am terminat. Probabil ca n-o sa le finalizez niciodata in ritmul asta. Si, culmea, in ultimele zile am fost mai mult decat placut surprinsa auzind trei (3) oameni diferiti care se plangeau ca n-am mai pus nimic pe blog. Carevasazica am trei cititori fideli! Yuhuu, bun inceput Normal ca se umfla pipota in mine cand aud asa ceva, nu?

Ce-am facut zilele astea de am neglijat nemotivat blogul? Am iesit mult, am cunoscut oameni misto, m-am distrat si am mers (selectiv) la scoala. Apoi am dormit (mult), am fost martora la niste chestii atat de ciudate pentru mine (proaspat iesita din pestera) incat le-am povestit de prea multe ori sa mai poata avea farmec pe blog. O sa fac, totusi, o lista scurta, pe care jur cu mana pe telefonul meu roz (my precious) ca o voi relua in texte detaliate:

- am vazut doua Loganuri conduse de babe belgience
- am mancat cuscus facut de belgieni (sucks)
- am aflat ca in Belgia nu e legiferat de niciun fel amplasamentul de reclame la alcool/tutun in zona scolilor si, mai ales, nu-i bai sa le vinzi chiar in incinta institutiei
- am invatat la antropologie cum e cu rasismul si mi s-a parut ff cool, pentru asta dedic clar un post special si bine gandit (zic eu acum)
- am fost ceruta de nevasta de doua ori, o data chiar serios
- mi-am cumparat pantaloni cu trei marimi mai mici decat purtam inainte si, happy me, mi-s mari si astia
- am fost in Olanda si am intrat intr-o cafenea de unde poti sa comanzi tipuri diferite de iarba (da, acum am aflat ca exista) din meniu, asa cum ceri cola sau apa plata
- am intrat in singurul McDonald’s din lume in care se fumeza (da, orice) - corectati-ma daca gresesc
- am aflat cu stupoare ca in lista de cheltuieli de supravietuire a unui student belgian este inclusa o sedere de trei saptamani la mare sau in orice regiune relaxanta inainte de sesiune, pentru ca studentu’ sa invete fara sa fie tracasat. Repet, asta intra in lista de cheltuieli de intretinere!

Mai sunt, dar nu mi le amintesc acum. Si de data asta jur pe blog ca nu ma mai lenevesc si revin cu detalii despre fiecare lucru din lista de mai sus

It’s been almost a week since ive been struggling to finish the five texts i started to write, but i didnt get the chance to finish and post any of them. Probably ill never finish them anyway. And, figure that!, three different persons (and i can prove it) have asked me many times already why am i not posting anymore?! That means i have three dedicated readers! Yeeeey, good start, right? Of course im absoutely proud of me. (for the english readers - im so sorry the Romanian expression ive been using doesnt exist in English..)

What have i been doing lately? Why did i almost left my blog die? Well, i went out a lot, i met interesting people and ive been havin the fun of my life. I went to school (selectively - i dont even know if that word exists in English) and then ive been sleepin a lot. I witnessed some really funny/weird things that ive been telling everyone about already that they lost their fun, so posting them will be also weird. Anyway, ill make a short list and i swear on my pink phone (my precious) that i will come back with full stories about each of them:

- i saw two Logans driven by old ladies (for the nonRomanian readers, if any - Dacia Logan is a Romanian famous (in Romania) cheap car)
- i ate cuscus made by belgians (sucks)
- i found out that Belgium doesnt have any type of law that would prohibit placing cigarettes and alcohol advertisments near schools. Furthermore, there’s no problem selling them inside of the institution!
- i learned in anthropology what’s up with racism and i plan to really come back on this idea and write a special post
- ive been proposed twice, and once for real
- ive been to Holland and i went into a KafeShop where u can order different types of weed (i only now find out there are more than just one.. the weed :P) from the menu, just like asking for a coke or smth.
- i went into the one and only McDonald’s in the world where u can smoke (yeah, anything) - and correct me if im wrong
- i was astonished to find out that on the list of normal expenses of a belgian students there’s always the money for going somewhere at the seaside or wherever just to relax and study in peace before your exams. I repeat, that’s on the list of normal expenses!

There are more, but i dont remember them now. And i swear on my blog that i wont be lazy anymore and ill come back soon with details for each of the things i’ve been adding to the list
