Wondering what’s the logic behind these incredibly demanding BUT unpaid internships in companies or organizations which are not well known at all, that I spot sometimes by chance.

I do understand better than anyone else the concept of internship, but I think they really exagerate with these “6 months or more” “opportunities” to work for free, but only if you have “written & spoken fluency in 3 languages” + proficiency in very specific areas or even experience with team coordination. Wtf is that? Unless you’re the greatest company that people would kill to have on their CV by any means, wake up!
